We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty for used phone is : 6 Months (replacement or refund for major failure)
All items are shipped from Sydney Warehouse or our Auckland Warehouse.
A third party will take care if warranty claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the product.
All items come in a generic box with generic accessories.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian or NZ Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
